To keep the equipment technical integrity and to fulfil the industry guidelines, strengthened by GMP and GLP highlighting the importance to maintain critical equipment on periodic basis, in addition to the calibration services Labcal Solutions has introduced a new complementary service named “Preventive Technical Inspection” applicable for life science equipment, production and process equipment.  

The Preventive Technical Inspection that we are offering is allowing:

• To inspect an equipment through various technical parameters (electrical, mechanical, safety) prior replacement of any part
• Early warning for an equipment that is malfunctioning or detect possible future breakdown
• Emphasize practices that are not recommended while operating the equipment
• Fulfil the quality requirements

All our Preventive Technical Inspections are fully documented with SOP’s, on-site equipment check-list and final comprehensive inspection report.
